Light
Basic variant
A version with basic finishing, prepared for further individual furnishing.
What exactly does the Light variant include?
- Fully customisable window, door and partition wall placement
- Steel structure with or without chassis
- Frame made of closed steel profiles
- Very solid, stable and durable frame with dense ribbing (welded every 60 cm) protected with anti-corrosion primer
- Flooring, walls and roof filled with special, certified structural timber with a high strength class (C24)
- Compact axles and wheels for transport around the site
- Moisture insulation, vapour barrier and wind insulation in the floor, walls and roof
- Thermal insulation of the floor and roof with 200 mm thick mineral wool as standard
- Thermal insulation of external walls with 150 mm thick mineral wool as standard
- 22 mm thick tongue-and-groove OSB flooring
- Triple-glazed PVC windows with single-sided/double-sided veneer in white or anthracite
- Insulated steel entrance door and patio door
- Complete electrical and sanitary installation including distribution board (without radiators and bathroom fittings)
- Preparation of power supply for electric boiler and distribution of plumbing system
- Preparation of electrical system for radiator installation
- Underfloor heating throughout the house
- Flooring finished with vinyl panels
- Internal walls made of OSB board (or plasterboard on request)
- Internal walls finished with white veneer board and PVC skirting boards
- Adjustable white door frames
- MDF internal doors with white veneer
- Sockets, contacts and TV sockets with antenna cable leading outside

- Roof covering: standing seam metal sheet or metal roof tiles with PVC guttering
