ZED Mobile Homes was established in response to the growing demand for small, year-round mobile homes and the growing problem of low-quality services provided by many contractors.
We didn't come out of nowhere - we are part of a construction group that has been successfully operating on the market in Poland and throughout Europe for many years, which guarantees extensive experience and the quality of our products and services.
The houses we produce are an undisputed premium product - they meet the highest quality standards, both in terms of assembly services and the materials used.
We use only certified materials from the Polish and European markets. We eschew anything " made in China" like the plague.

The houses are available in three finishing variants:
Light
The basic finishing version for those who plan to furnish the interior themselves.
What exactly does the Light variant include?
- Steel structure with or without chassis.
- Frame made of closed steel profiles. Welded, protected with anti-corrosion primer.
- Very solid, stable, and durable frame with dense steel reinforcement (steel, welded ribs every 60 cm).
- Flooring, walls, and roof filled with special, certified structural timber with a high strength class (C24).
- Compact axles and wheels for transport around the site.
- Thermal insulation of the floor and roof with 200 mm thick mineral wool as standard.
- Thermal insulation of external walls with 150 mm thick mineral wool as standard.
- Moisture insulation, vapor barrier, and wind insulation in the floor, walls, and roof.
- Roof covering: standing seam metal roofing or metal roof tiles.
- Flashings in the color of the roof.
- Facade finished with PVC panels or wood-imitation boards.
- 22 mm thick OSB flooring.
- Insulated steel entrance door.
- Triple-glazed PVC windows as standard.
- Complete electrical and sanitary installation with distribution board (without radiators and bathroom fittings).
- Electrical preparation for radiator installation.
- Internal LED lighting.
- Internal walls made of OSB board (or plasterboard on request).
- Internal walls finished with white veneer boards.
- External water and sewage system.
Standard
The version with useful additions and basic furnishing for all rooms including the bathroom.
What exactly does the Standard variant include?
- Includes all features of the Light version.

Solid construction
Steel frame made of closed profiles, fully welded and protected against corrosion. Dense ribbing every 60 cm guarantees stability, durability, and safety for years to come.
Better thermal insulation
Walls with 150 mm mineral wool and roof with 200 mm insulation provide excellent thermal and acoustic comfort, far exceeding most mobile home standards.
Premium materials
Walls and ceilings made of OSB + chipboard with veneer finish. Structure made of certified C24 timber and triple-glazed windows as standard.
Durability that makes a difference
Very solid, stable, and durable frame with dense steel reinforcement – welded ribs every 60 cm create an exceptionally rigid and resistant structure.
Standard features include: floor and roof insulation with 200 mm mineral wool, external walls with 150 mm insulation, and internal walls with 50 mm soundproofing.
The floor, wall, and roof structure is made of certified C24 structural wood – the same quality used in year-round houses.
