What should we know about Mobile Homes?

1. What is a mobile home?

A mobile home is a portable structure built in factories, transported to its final location, and simply placed on concrete blocks or a foundation. The structure has wheels, but to transport it to another location, you'll need to find a company that can handle it. It's not possible to transport it yourself on the road, as it's not a registered vehicle. It can be used as a summer home or a year-round home (it uses good, thick insulation and modern technologies, making it livable year-round).

3. What type of heating do we use?

- Electric underfloor heating, air conditioning with heating function, radiator in the bathroom, we can also install a fireplace

4. How is a year-round mobile home insulated?

-We traditionally use mineral wool for insulation because it has good thermal insulation and good sound-absorbing and fire-fighting properties.

5. How insulated is the Year-Round Mobile Home?

-In every variant we have, the thickness of the insulation does not change, we use 15 cm in the external walls and 20 cm in the floor and roof

6. How much does the house weigh?

-The houses we produce weigh a lot, as a 35m2 house weighs about 10t, and a 48m2 house with equipment weighs 16t.
